per day from the age of 13 years. For the camping it is € 0.20 per person per day

Pets are allowed only with our approval prior to arrival. Any damage caused by your pet(s) shall however be recovered from you. They cannot run loose and you must clean-up after your dog.

Outside the high season (29 Juni - 2 September) the chalet can also be rented for a shorter period with a minimum of 2 nights. You pay 1/6th of the price per week, per night.
It is also possible to rent the chalet outside the high season for a longer period. (4 weeks for the price of 3)

General Regulations for booking Chalet/ Furnished BungalowTent/Luxery Safari lodge Tent.
1. Reservation
After receipt of your application for reservation (per e-mail, post, fax or telephone) you receive after a few days the confirmation from us by e-mail or post. Together with the confirmation you also receive the invoice. After we have received the deposit in time the reservation is definite.

The period of rent for the chalet/furnished bungalow tent and safari lodge tent is at least 1 week and runs from Saturday 15,00 to Saturday 09.30. Outside the season it is also possible to rent our chalet, Bungalow tent and Safari lodge tent for a shorter period of 2 nights .

On arrival at Le Moulin du Pommier a cash security deposit of € 250 for the Chalet and Safari Lodge tent, € 150,00 for the bungalow tent is required upon arrival. Upon departure, the security deposit will be repaid when no damage or missing items are found.

5. Cancellations

6. Cleaning
We charge you € 55,00 for cleaning per week. This amount is included in the rental price. Should you wish us to clean the chalet extra during the week you can request this at the main house for an extra charge.

Bedding and kitchen towels are included in the price.

The maximum number of persons of the chalet may not be exceeded, unless explicitly agreed on with the landlord. This, however, involves extra costs. For possible visitors approval shall have to be obtained from the landlord. The use of the swimming pool by visitors is not allowed.

11.Claims
During their stay tenants are responsible for the Chalet, Bungalow tent and Safari Lodge Tent, the contents and all other matters belonging to the Chalet, Bungalow tent and Safari Lodge Tent. Also damage caused by co-occupiers or pet(s) has to be paid by him/her.
The landlord cannot accept any claims or responsibility for damage and inconveniences in whatever form and originated by whatever cause, for the tenant or his co-occupiers being present in the rented chalet or in any other building situated on the estate Le Moulin du Pommier, Charente.
Notwithstanding the extreme meticulous construction of the chalet or other places of Le Moulin du Pommier we cannot accept responsibility for inconveniences emanating from interim changes of situations through no fault of us and/or unbeknown to us.
We cannot accept any liability or responsibility for damage and inconveniences in whatever form and originating by whatever cause on the estate in general.
Notably, the stay on the area, in and around the swimming pool, rivers ,étang and on and around the playing equipment which are present on Moulin du Pommier are at your own risk.
